We want to make the application process as easy as possible so we have saved the application form in two formats.
To save the word file to your computer right click and choose Save Target As...
You can download the Word document and complete, save, print and email the form back to us in the usual way.
If you have Acrobat 7 on your computer you will be able to complete, save and email the PDF file back to us. Acrobat 7 is available for Dudley ITC computers from http://filesrvr1/download/
If you only have Adobe Reader any text you complete in the form may not be saved.
When you have completed your application form email it to apply@justenjoy.tv
You MUST print, sign and return a copy as well to the address on the form.
